Georgia secretary of state candidate Penny Brown Reynolds rallied Black women across the state to turn out in November and vote against Republicans. She said their participation could help shape the outcome of Georgia’s midterm elections. Reynolds is a former Fulton County State Court judge and longtime civil rights attorney. She is the Democratic nominee for secretary of state and will face Republican state Rep. Tim Fleming in November.
