Georgia’s gas tax is suspended. Will drivers actually feel the savings?

Gov. Brian Kemp just suspended the gas tax in Georgia. Will it be enough relief for Georgians? Research on previous gas tax suspensions shows fuel companies benefitted and customers did not see the full benefit of the suspension.
