Anna Avado, a representative with the National Association of Government Employees, delivered a serious warning to the Atlanta City Council. Avado spoke about parking and ground transportation workers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and the alleged unfair labor practices they are facing, including late or inaccurate paychecks, issues with pay stubs and W-2s, and problems with insurance coverage.
