Georgia Sen. Raphael Warnock called out Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for inviting pastor Doug Wilson to preach at the Pentagon. Wilson has advocated eliminating women’s individual voting rights in favor of household voting. He has also promoted a patriarchal view of marriage that places husbands in authority over their wives. Warnock questioned why a pastor with those views was welcomed to preach at the Pentagon, where women serve alongside men in the U.S. military.
