Georgia Democratic gubernatorial nominee Keisha Lance Bottoms rallied party members in Savannah as she prepares to face Republican billionaire Rick Jackson. Jackson has poured well over $100 million into the governor’s race, but Bottoms argued that Democrats can still win the governor’s office for the first time since 1998.
