The Georgia Supreme Court will hear a case over Fulton County commissioners’ refusal to seat two Republican nominees, Julie Adams and Jason Frazier, on the county’s elections board. Adams has declined to certify past election results and Frazier has challenged the eligibility of thousands of Fulton County voters. The state Supreme Court will decide whether the commissioners have a legal responsibility to seat them anyway.
